How am I getting on with my goals?

3 weeks ago I set some goals to keep me motivated during my time off. Let’s see how I’m getting on…

  • Gujarati: 5 words and 1 phrase a day and 1 chapter from my book a week – 32% Not a good start, need to make more effort with this!
  • Swrl: 1 prod release every 3 days – 75% Had a slow start but have pushing regularly now
  • Blog: 1 blog every 2 days  – 30% Sorry! As you’ll see in my next blog today, I’ve been having fun with family! I’ll take advantage of WordPress’s publish later feature to line more up 🙂
  • Zeff: 90% of my life is him, so hardly need to track that! I’ll make sure to remember his tummy time and vitamins though – 100% Obvs.
  • Misc: To avoid divorce, chores go on there too– 100% Obvs again, Marriage still in tact.

Maybe I should include some exercise too… Hmm – I did! I’ve started doing HIIT training using the 7 Minute workout app which is working really well. I do 2 rounds, 1 classic and 1 abs (gotta get that 6 pack yo’) so 15 mins a day and I honestly feel much less tired playing tennis! To sneak it in my day, I either do it when Zeff is asleep or put him in the jumperoo and let him watch me – which he finds hilarious! (rude). – 95% Missed one day annoyingly 😦

So far so good! Jem has gone back to work now 😦 Let’s see how that changes things!!
